apap meets DANCE INTENSIVE

After Talk 1

You can close your eyes, but avoid eye contact.

You can lay down, make yourself comfortable.

This the space for everybody,
to speak.
ask questions.
for any sounds.
any thoughts that come to mind to be verbalised and shared within anonymity in this given, shared and open space.

~ If there would be a law for a body on stage -which body would be alowed on stage?

~ This body for sure

~ Where was Echo in the piece?
~ How can you be sure she wasn’t there?
~ Wasn’t she in all of us?

~ I don’t want to feel like nothing.

~ Did you like it?
~ She wasn’t flirting with me.

~ In the first part they were moving around themselves, with their gazes away from them, towards us. In the second part the naked dancer looked at himself.

~ A 1000 questions and only 3 answers.
~ Isn’t that narcissist?
~ There is still dialogue.
~ But there is no space.
But there is space, space for everything. There is no rule how this space is supposed to be served.
Not every question needs to be answered or followed.
Every question has its impact and because we mustn’t follow every question we have space.
This is about the open space.

~ So ask your question now.

~ I do feel space.

~ I felt more part of the space in the first part than in the second part.

~ I like the idea that the body is a living thing and connects us to live while an image connects to death.

~ You can get images differently than to see, you can touch and smell and that creates your own image in your head.
~ Not necessarily.

~ Would Narciss be Narciss without the Echo?
